This is me, unfolding...
Hey, I’m Cheryl.
Mama. Mystic. Mentor.
Former nurse, forever healer.
Black sheep turned wayfinder.
Multidimensional… and also really into Target runs and playlists that make me feel something.
I’m the soul behind Enjoy Expansion—a space for those of us who’ve always felt like too much and never enough, all at once. The sensitive ones. The cycle breakers. The neurodivergent thinkers. The recovering people-pleasers. The sacred rebels. The ones who laugh, cry, heal, and rise—sometimes all before noon.
I’m a mom of two boys, a sister, a friend, and a woman who’s spent most of her life unraveling who I was told to be so I could remember who I actually am.
I hold a doctorate in nursing, but the deepest healing I’ve ever done hasn’t come from textbooks—it’s come from breakdowns, breakthroughs, and breath.
From learning how to live in a body I once tried to shrink into silence.
You’ll find me channeling messages from the Akashic Records one day, then grounding barefoot in the backyard while holding space for a toddler meltdown the next.
You’ll hear me talk about spirit, trauma, intuition, autism, expansion, joy, shadow work, and the kind of peace that doesn’t require permission.
This space is for anyone navigating a tender, transformative life.
A place to land softly. Laugh loudly.
Be seen. Be heard.
And maybe even feel a little less alone.
You’re not too much.
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re expanding.
And I’m so honored to expand with you.
What's Coming Next (Maybe)
This space is alive and evolving. While there’s no hard timeline, here are a few ideas I may bring forward:
- 🌸 More soulful blog posts and reflections
- 📖 Sacred e-books on healing, motherhood, intuition, and expansion
- ✨ Soft merch drops with real talk + cosmic comfort
- 🌼 Creative collaborations and offerings that feel like a full-body “yes”
If it feels aligned, I’ll share it.
If it lights me up, I’ll build it.
And if it supports your expansion too, then we’re already co-creating something beautiful.
Thank you for being here at the edge of what’s becoming. We’re just getting started.
